What a great company to deal with. Nelson contacted me within 10 minutes of placing my call to Service Magic and was able to come out later that afternoon to give me a quote. Other companies weren’t able to come out for 4 days to give me an estimate. After looking over all of the previous reviews here, I had decided that enough people had done multiple estimates and chosen Magic due to their warranty and pricing, that I didn’t need to do the same; besides, I was very happy with the quote. We encountered some extra items that we weren’t aware of at the walk-through and the guys handled it well and thoroughly and kept their quote price.
