Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry.
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule. Occasional Saturdays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent judgment, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

CSR/Inside Sales Specialist at Magic Pest Control
Position Overview: As a CSR/Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting a positive tone for all future interactions. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of calls, answering queries, collecting contact information from prospective customers, providing information about our services, and preparing and sending quotes based on phone interviews. You will also take detailed notes on every account and ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and communication

Pest Control Technician Job Description:
Able to problem solve and communicate effectively with customers, office staff and service managers. Perform pest control treatment on commercial structures and residential homes. Strictly adhere to and follow all safety procedures. Ensure all work is performed in conjunction with our policies and procedures to provide superior quality service to each customer. Document all work performed and provide information to office staff on a daily basis. Proactively address all customer questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction. Communicating effectively with office staff regarding customers. Daily check and properly maintain your vehicle and equipment and report any problems with your vehicle or equipment in a timely manner to your supervisor. Being able to show up on time every day, complete route or assignments on schedule in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- A valid driver’s license that is not currently suspended or revoked
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be a responsible, self-motivated individual able to work well independently
- Dependable & with a strong work ethic
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to stand, walk, bend frequently
